Terms and Conditions – Pure Matcha Partners B.V.

1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries of Pure Matcha Partners B.V., located at De Nieuwe Haven 23b, 7772BC Hardenberg, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 85969745. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
2. Products and Quality
We supply Matcha products sourced directly from certified producers in Japan, China, and Korea. Although we maintain strict quality standards, Matcha is a natural product and may vary slightly in color, taste, and aroma depending on harvest, season, and region.
3. Offers and Pricing
All prices are stated in euros, exclusive of VAT, and are subject to change without notice. Offers and quotations are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Prices depend on volume, grade, packaging, and current market conditions.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or platform).Payment is required in advance. Orders will not be shipped without full payment.Invoices must be paid in full before dispatch.
5. DeliveryStandard delivery is from our warehouse in the Netherlands.Estimated delivery times: 1–2 business days within the Netherlands, 3–4 business days within the EU. Outside the EU: available upon request.Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Samples
Samples are available upon request. Sample quality may not fully reflect large-scale production due to natural variations and batch differences.
7. Complaints and ReturnsComplaints must be reported in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.Pure Matcha Partners B.V. does not accept returns unless the product is proven defective or incorrect and only with prior written approval.Opened or used perishable goods cannot be returned under any circumstances.
8. LiabilityOur liability is limited to the value of the goods delivered.We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profit or business interruption.
9. Private Label
Private label options are available upon request, with a minimum of 2,500 units of 30g packaging per SKU. Projects are subject to separate agreements regarding formulation, packaging, lead time, and design approval.
10. Force Majeure
Pure Matcha Partners B.V. is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, customs issues, transport delays, or supplier disruptions.11.
Applicable Law
All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
