Where does your Matcha come from?

We source our Matcha directly from certified producers in Japan, China, and Korea. We only work with suppliers who meet our strict quality standards and with whom we maintain long-term relationships.

What makes Pure Matcha Partners different from other suppliers?

We offer transparency, fair pricing, and deep product knowledge. We work directly with farms only. Our focus is on helping you find the Matcha that best fits your needs.

What do you mean by 'transparency'?

You always know exactly what you're getting: the origin, grade, and price of your Matcha. No vague labels or hidden costs — just clear and honest communication.

What types of Matcha do you offer?

We supply a wide range of grades — ceremonial, latte, culinary and the latest product Arabiki cha. Based on your application, we guide you to the best match in terms of flavor, color, and price.

Do you offer private label services?

Yes, we support private label solutions for customers looking to develop their own brand. We can assist with product selection, packaging, and even branding if needed.

How fast can you deliver?

For standard products, we offer fast delivery through our European warehouse. Within Netherlands we can deliver up to 3kg the next day, up to 30kg within 48 hours and larger or custom orders are sourced directly and may take a bit longer, depending on volume and origin.

Can I receive a sample first?

Absolutely. We believe in making the right match, so we’re happy to send samples of different grades for you to taste, test, and compare.

How do you ensure the quality of your Matcha?

We only work with certified producers and regularly test our Matcha for color, taste, aroma, and residues. Quality control starts at the source and continues until the product reaches you.
