Mulberry Matcha Latte

Grounding, naturally sweet and suitable for any moment. This caffeine free mulberry matcha latte is the perfect drink for a peaceful moment.

What you’ll need:

  • 3g Mulberry Matcha powder (we used our Organic Mulberry Matcha)
  • 40ml warm water (max 80°C)
  • 200ml milk of choice (oat milk pairs beautifully)
  • Agave syrup (optional)

How to make it:

Whisk the hojicha
Sift 3g of mulberry powder into a bowl. Add warm water and whisk in a ‘z’ motion until smooth and lightly frothy.

Spice up the milk
Add your milk and ice to the glass and gently pour in your agave syrup.

Bring it together
Gently add the whisked mulberry matcha to your milk, make sure to pour slowly on the ice to get distinguished layers.

Sip and savour
Enjoy the mellow and grounding notes of mulberry leaves with the delicate sweetness of your choice of milk, this combination is smooth, and deeply comforting.
